CNC Turning

We are currently able to turn an outer diameter of approximately 22 inches and an overall length of 50 inches.  Our lathes are geared with horsepower ranging from 35 to 50 in order to increase efficiency with higher feed rates and larger depth of cuts. 

CNC Milling

Our vertical machining centers have tables measuring 60 inches wide by 30 inches deep giving us the capability of milling larger parts or machining multiple parts on a single setup.  The Cat 50 spindles allow us to take heavier cuts when we need to as well as providing us the machine stability for a better finish when called for.  The 4th axis features a 15 inch chuck and our Cad/Cam upgrades allow for rotary milling. 

Production Metal Sawing

Our 2012 Cosen C-320NC is a fully automatic, horizontal band saw allowing us to run mass production saw cuts on bar up to 12.6" in diameter.

3D Printing/Rapid Prototype

We have a 2015 Flashforge Creator Pro 3D printer for creating plastic parts for models or rapid prototyping.  The build area is 22.5cm x 14.5cm x 15cm and we currently have ABS plastic in stock.

We have machined a variety of valve (gate, ball and needle) and down hole drilling components including flanges, bonnets, spools, seats, valve stems, and fracking sleeves.  We provide our customers with accuracy, speed and competitive pricing by believing in an "old school" work ethic combined with the latest technology.  Our machinery consists of late model and reliable equipment.  Toolpath uses GibbsCam 2015 CNC programming software to achieve the most efficient and accurate programs to make parts exactly as the engineers design them.
